There are people who follow the rules and strive to be the norm… and then there's Aman. This woman is a delightful punch of non-conformity; from being the first British Indian to play on a professional football team (soccer for our North American friends) for England to being an unconventionally trained cook, to flipping the tourist-tourism model on it’s head to focus on locals; she’s basically a fringe dweller and we like it!

Perhaps one of the most notable things she does is create community and experiences by bringing people together to enjoy a meal; albeit probably the most unconventional meal you’ll ever have... usually with a table full of strangers who become friends, somewhere on a farm or a location without easy access to power or water! It’s an edible adventure!
